this is what happens when you wanna throw the ball 40x a game with 5-7 step drops behind a putrid offensive line for years and years. Ballard came in and righted the ship but unfortunately to little to late for Lucks health.

Ballad was a fucking unmitigated disaster. Stop smoking dust.

are you sure you're not talking about Ryan Grigson you dumb motherfucker?? Ballard, the current GM, is doing a fantastic job.

He just had a calf issue. He could have sustained. He just wants to be a stay at home dad

you literally are just guessing and speculating and have no idea as to whether all of this is true or not.

and if he did just get married and had a baby, all the more reason to retire, given the circumstances.

the Colts can actually be in a very advantageous position if they get a high pick next draft and get one of the top qbs like Herbert or Tua. they'd be supremely talented qbs stepping into a team ready to win. Brissett is in that situation now but he's just a quality back up and not a winning starting qb.

Parcells says he loves Jacoby.

he loved Glen Foley back in the day to, only to have injury force him into the better qb in Testaverde. same in Dallas with Bledsoe and Romo. I fucking love Parcells and Brissett is easy to root for. but the Colts at the absolute most are winning 6 games this year and its cause of their qb situation.

Jacoby is good enough to get the colts 6 or 7 wins, which is no mans land for them.

OLosing David Andrews for the season would be tough man. Pink hats will say it's just a center, but football heads know how damn important a legit center is.

losing a top notch center is always a huge deal. but NE always overcomes those type of hardships because of Tom and Bill.

Agreed. But at some point, it's gotta catch up with you. Not saying this is the tipping point, but the team is built differently right now. They are looking (from a fans perspective) to want to lean on the run game and D, keep brady healthy and upright, knowing that come crunch time, he can pull it out again. But part of that formula with the run game is how strong the interior of that O-Line is. Hopefully Andrews won't miss the entire season.

Jimmy G is basically Eli , just without the toughness and the clutch factor is yet to be seen. But he will more often than not be successful, but also throw a shit ton of picks. He will easily throw 10-20 picks this year.

Gotta say I am interested in seeing a full season of Jimmy (if he can last a full season anyways). I still don't know what to make of him.

lol 10-20 is a wide range. 10 is great. 20 is terrible.

Melvin is expected to end his holdout. If I were him, I would just sit out the year. Fuck the Chargers.

Those motherfuckers are about to open up a $5 billion dollar stadium and they won't budge a couple of million? Fuck 'em.
