I just want it to be known...I called Rams-Jags superbowl before the season began.

And I'm sticking with it.

well they gotta be 1-2 in any respectable power ranking right now. i dont see a single weakness in the Rams. Jags, Bortles and the passing game can potentially be a hinderance. but Tennessee and Houston dont look to good so far so maybe the Jags can clean up in what was supposed to be a competitive division and get homefield.

Holy shit, the Giants O Line is diarrhea.

so you take the RB over qb cause you're ready to win now, only it doesnt seem like you're ready to win now. That courtesy of the ny media. what say you??

Is Eli the reason they aren't winning though?

honestly not sure. the revamped O line has been a mess. thats the biggest issue.

AFC South is basically garbage. It was garbage when Peyton was there for all those years and it's still basically garbage only the Colts and Jags roles have been reversed. And Andrew Luck has a losing record outside of his div. Basically, Luck is overrated as fuck. I still think Houston is the 2nd best team in the div. even though they are now 0-2. If Bortles was more competent, you might actually be able to call them a great team.

Those Giants-Dallas games are always close. Not that that should take away from the porous O-line of the Giants.

Are the Eagles still a good team? Is this just a matter of Wentz not being in the lineup? Their WR core is running on fumes. You think they should go after either Gordon or Dez?

well we all know Foles stinks, and then of course as stated injuries are now mounting. Once Wentz and Jeffrey return they'll run away with the east. i dont think they're as good as the Rams or Vikings though. IMO they should avoid Gordon and especially Dez.

Jameis Winston is still the QB for Tampa right?

There's some interesting hyperbole on USA Today this morning about his possible departure in Tampa Bay.

Surely no one thinks Fitzpatrick is the long-term answer for that team, right?

Yeah, I agree with that. I mean, they have a really good O-line, right?

yea but Jameis may not be the long term answer either. you have to ride Fitz until the wheels fall off. that motherfucker has like 900 yds and 10 tds in 2 games. :hearty-laugh:

if he was just playing ok, like 180 yds a game 4 tds in 2 games, team 2-0, i think maybe you go back to Jameis. as it is now, its Fitz job to lose.

Fitzpatrick simply will not die. I think it's funny he's playing lights out right now.

And it's even crazier how many points Tampa is putting up when they aren't really known to score a lot of points--historically.

Foles doesnt stink. Hes had no receivers this year. Jeffery being hurt and Ajayi being hobbled has thrown the offense off. Yesterday, wallstreetace, peters, and ajayi got hurt and it threw them off long enough for tampa to get away with the W. The defense also had a few brain farts.

Nobody thought the Eagles were better than the Rams or the Vikings last year either...and then they beat them both. So that opinion aint much. They just gotta get back Jeffery and get Ajayi running more.

thats not true. Philly was the nfc favorite until Wentz got hurt. This is a different year and both Minny and LA are really different, so comparing anything to last year means nothing.

you have a right as defending champs to pop off 24/7. but defending champs angle aside, you are not as good as Minny and the Rams. maybe you will be at some point.

The fact that Mahomes has 10 td's and zero interceptions in the first two games of the season is just mind boggling to me.

Lol. Nick excels at surprise im throwing it...no suprise im not style. Chip Kellys pace simulated that well...thats why Foles was tearing shit up. Credit pederson and them for diagnosing that and using his strengths.

I maintain that the problem right now isnt Foles. Its the lack of receiving weapons and a hobbled running game. Theyd easily be 2-0 and Foles have about 5 or 6 TDs right now if Alshon was healthy. But i prefer it this way to be honest...because then there would be a qb question. 1-1 and giving the ball back Wentz with no ground lost is just fine.

I'm still trying to figure out what the hell happened to Jordan Matthews' career. Had a good year with Philly and then all of the sudden he's on the Bills and his career died.

The Bills definitely kill careers.

He was never that good man. We hosed them for Darby. But he should be a level 3 receiver somewhere. Look at Benjamin though too. Lots of receivers dying there.
