so i just read that regardless of the outcome of Portland-Utah, Portland will play NO and Utah plays OKC. Still good match ups.

Thats not possible. Portland and Utah right now have the same record with the final match up in progress. Unless its about division winners? Naw, winner gets OKC.

na its right. idk how but depending on who wins they seemed to be locked into their opponent, only question is if its going to be a 3/6 or 4/5 match up. so im guessing if Portland wins, then they go 3 and NO goes 6. but if Utah wins then they go 3 and OKC goes 6.

idk.

If Utah wins, they go to 49 and 33. Portland drops to 3 way tie with OKC and NO, and since the conference record is the tie breaker, it'll be

Utah vs NO
Portland vs OKC

If Portland wins, similar, Utah drops to 3 way tie with OKC and NO, and conference tie breaker applies...so

Portland vs NO
Utah vs OKC

Lol everytime I try to work to what you've read I hit a snag. OKC is locked at 6 and NO locked at 5. There is no manner of tie that changes that. The loser of Portland Utah goes into a 3 way tie with those two and wins the tie break, so the loser gets 5. NO wins the tie break over OKC either way because in head to head matchups NO has won.

So winner gets OKC, loser gets NO.

I read the shit out of it. Maybe I just dont understand how to apply the tie breaks. Lol.

Lol got it now. Tie break is the best winning percentage of the 3 against each other. overlooked a few games. So OKC gets the 4th seed out of it. Good for them, but unlucky...since theyll get GS in the 2nd round.

Minne could upset houston.

:hearty-laugh:
This is hilarious! Houston destroyed Minnesota all year with and without Butler. The best matchup for Houston. Maybe even a sweep.

if a team of KAT, Butler, Wiggins, and Teague is all healthy, they should give anyone a series. i say it gets to 2-2 before Houston goes on to win the series in 6.

Yes it is. The better team wins most of the time. No schedule losses. But I'll eat my words if I'm wrong.

One team is built for a championship and the other team is happy to make it to the playoffs for the 1st time in over a decade. Thats how I see it. Minne is too green to upset Houston.

i dont think anyone here is actually picking Minny to upset Houston, but this shouldnt be a typical 1/8 squash match, not with all the talent and coaching Minny has. And CP/Harden/D'Antoni are all lifetime playoff losers so lets see if that rears its ugly head.

Some good games, all went as I expected. Except for the Pacers getting in the Queens vagina.

There is no player, that can take Lebrons mind out of the task at hand...better than Lance Stevenson.
