Jerry Jones has no case whatsoever. He looks like an idiot.

Is he posturing through??? He claims to have a good number of owners behind him, while the big dogs on the committee are telling him to sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up. Or does he have ammo behind his bark?

Guess it depends. Do you consider all 32 owners as equals?

Jones does. Clearly they are not. But Jones didnt care about owner equality until he needed to care to use it as a stick to beat certain owners to serve his agenda. Like I said, fascinating.

Never. They are garbage and would bring down team morale. McCown by far gives these young guys the best chance to win and get better. That's been the case from day 1. The goal from here on out is for these young guys to keep getting better, keep trying to win, learn how to win, learn how to bounce back from adversity, and things of that nature. Positive experience. In order to be better in the future. Going to either bum qb spits in the face of every single one of those things. After the season, throw money at the Captain or throw draft picks at SF or the NYG for that top 3 pick.

So Petty and Hackenberg should be gone after this year?

Id cut them right now and prepare the Wildcat package in case of injury to McCown.

In all seriousness Hackenberg may be the worst qb of all time. Petty i think is a decent back up in the nfl. Id live for us to get Kirk or Darnold or Rosen and bring Josh back as a back up.

Best case scenario right there. Even if you end up drafting a qb I would bring Josh back for a year and let the kid learn. I'm generally not a fan of throwing a rookie qb to the fire right away.

If we sell the farm for one of these kids, they are starting from day 1.

Papa Johns is feeling it now. Twice. First they complain about their sales dropping and blame the NFL for not nipping shit in the bud, which is construed as them taking the respect the flag side of things. Then since they took that stand, their stock drops 12% Now they're all about respect the flag but people shoould have the right to protest. Thats the only way to influence big business in America it seems. Aim for their bottomline!

Such a blown opportunity for Jets. Buffalo with their annual midseason free fall. Miami stinks. Ravens stink. Raiders gonna finish with a tough schedule and already below .500. But one of these teams has to get that last spot. 9-7 will do it. Hell, maybe 8-8. But we got Carolina, Saints, KC, NE, at Denver, and a much better than their record suggests SD team. And we have to go 5-1. :eusa_snooty:

Ya, was thinking that last night. AFC is so weak compared to NFC.

McDermott can bench Tyrod all he wants but this is still a defensive minded HC whose once promising D has taken it up the ass the last 2 games. So he needs changes and fixes on that side regardless of who the qb is.

Buffalo ownership has been off the tyrod bandwagon for a while anyways.
