My entire diet game is fucked up, but I exercise enough not to get fat. My breakfast is coffee, always. My first meal occurs from 3-30-4:00 and most of the time consists of half of something, probably a tuna sandwich or something. Then I get home and I'll eat like I've never had a meal in my life. Then you add the liquor in the weekend, diet of champions.

Burn baby burn. And if you can, push your carbs to the end of the day. I am not even doing "low carb" anymore, I just save them for the last meal. You body hasn't had any all day so instead of storing them, they burn right up.

Legit. It took a while to adjust to it, but I am killing it in the morning.

Still on this??

I made some changes since I quit my job. Cut out sugars and carbs virtually all together, in addition to beer. Only eating Eggs, fish, chicken, beef, and a litany of vegetables, between the hours of about 10am and 7-8pm. Drink plenty of water. Dont avoid fats and oils.

I've confirmed that in 3 weeks I've dropped 15 lbs, and feel amazing. A lot of times I feel amazingly hungry lol. But I've seemed to fight a good balance, never any energy loss, never a desire to nap mid day, and I'm getting light cardio in daily. About an hour of stationery biking and some free weights.

So a complete adoption of intermittent fasting, time restricted feeding, light exercise, and implementation of the basic structure of the keto diet. Some of the he reading ive done about Keto states that there are specific ratios of fat-protein-veggies that you must consume. I've ignored that pretty much, boosted the protein, lowered the fat, eat shit tons of veggies, and drink lots of water. It seems to have triggered fat loss, albeit I'm sure some of the weight loss is a bit of muscle.

Live and love the IF, but I can't do Keto. I have cut back on carbs, but still need some in my diet. Contrary to popular belief, carbs are necessary for gainz bruh. LOL

A few notes that I picked up along the way:

-If you're on a fasting diet, coffee ends your fast. There are some who claim that you can mess with water and coffee/tea in your morning to prolong your fast. I read information provided by professionals that anything outside of plain water that will break your fast. Your gut and liver will respond if they detect anything Non water.

-If you shorten the period that you eat in a given day, there are a myriad of benefits and an utter lessening of liabilities. Something to the effect that from the point you break your fast, your engine wakes, works and processes what you consume. But 8 or 10 hours after that, the engine goes to sleep so to speak, even though you're awake. So what you consume after that doesn't go towards helping your body at all. Which adds to the point of thinking ahead when you decide to break your fast. In other words if you know you have a long work day ahead, you may consider drinking water until the timing of eating your first meal lines timely to when you expect to eat your last meal that day.

-I complement this all with Milk Thistle and Apple Cider Vinegar pills. Fish oil as well. Milk Thistle supposedly heals and helps the Liver. Apple Cider Vinegar has blood benefits. Fish oil heart, blood pressure, and provides fatty acids.

-I generally hate health nazi's man. So none of this was from one source, I just played with the balance over a time to see what I felt i could implement simply versus some shit that I couldnt sustain; instead of just adopting all of some assholes advice from a website or youtube video. So your balance if you fuck with any of this stuff may be different. Long as its effective and you can keep it up. Plenty of ways for it to work, gotta stick with it though.

-I still drink. I'm not there in life where I have the discipline to go away from the demon drink. I just drink a bit smarter now. White liquor with water or straight. Low sugar wine. And low or zero carb beer, shit tastes like you drinking water, jus make sure that shit is ice cold. Heineken is more or less low card too and more taste. I fucked with between a 12 and 24 of Sleeman clear last week, and it didnt at all impact my weight loss by the numbers.

Oh yeah, I run a 16 hour fast every day with only an 8 hour eating window, and even then, its usually closer to 17/7.
