My entire diet game is fucked up, but I exercise enough not to get fat. My breakfast is coffee, always. My first meal occurs from 3-30-4:00 and most of the time consists of half of something, probably a tuna sandwich or something. Then I get home and I'll eat like I've never had a meal in my life. Then you add the liquor in the weekend, diet of champions.

Burn baby burn. And if you can, push your carbs to the end of the day. I am not even doing "low carb" anymore, I just save them for the last meal. You body hasn't had any all day so instead of storing them, they burn right up.

Legit. It took a while to adjust to it, but I am killing it in the morning.
