Anyone ever have one? I am trying not to hit the panic button and run to the Dr's, but I think I fucked something up in the gym doing squats. Didn't feel anything pop, But immediately felt pain, and have been in pain (not sore, I know the difference) for over a week now.

Yeah. I know I am going to have to. Going to take it easy the rest of the week and see if it helps. If not, will call the Dr. Hoping its muscular, or nerve related, and not structural. I;m not in enough pain for it to be a herniated disc or something like that...I think.

If you know the dif see a doctor. But you'll be fine.
i've broken all kinds of bones...almost too many to remember unless I do a timeline.
Including my back (the first vertebra connecting with my pelvis), neck, and the largest bone in your body...the femur at its widest spot. Arms, wrists, ankles, and more stitches than I will ever be in years, Reconstructive surgery and multiple skins graphs. Yea, I know, it sounds like I'm making this shit up but I ain't. Smashed my teeth out too.

They can fix anything but they might not get it right the first time. :-(

IF you don't know exactly what is wrong you just don't want it to heal on if it's own all fucked up if there is a potential long term issue.

Can you tell if it's muscular or a vertebrae issue?

I had the same thing after doing stiff leg dead lifts, felt a twinge then three hrs later couldn’t move. Wife had to call an ambulance lol. Thought I’d slipped a disk but turned out just muscular spasm that was sorted with relaxents. That’s was a couple of years ago and I’ve not had problems since which I put down to doing back extensions regular. If you didn’t hear anything pop it’s probs the same thing.

Aye, although not nearly as severe as your symptoms.

Don't let them perform surgery on your back. I will only say it once.

True dat. Surgery should only be the last option after you are addicted to redneck heroin.

I only go to the doctor if I'm dying, or have dislocated my elbow in a bar brawl.

I'm walking around with two fucked up knees, my shoulders are shot, my back is never not hurting, and I'm still exercising and running.

Walk it off.
