I assume that GGG will have the pwer advantage, so if Canelo trades, that seems bad for him. He gotta use his handspeed.

If Jacobs can take GGG's power and Canelo cant, then might as well just wrap the the L up.

Alvarez will win a SD or MD if he can make it the distance. I think GGG will have some issues with Canelo's ability to stand in the pocket and throw good and accurate combinations. We'll see how well Canelo's face holds up to GGG's power though. GGG has to KO him to win. Those cards are already cooked in Canelo's favor. No way is Oscar letting Canelo lose on the cards a 2nd time.

I had GGG for a while but been leaning more and more towards Canelo after GGG's last couple fights. He was exposed a little in those fights. I got Canelo UD. No gift but a legit win. We all know he's gotta KO Canelo to win but I don't think he will.

I find myself rooting for Canelo, and that makes me want to hang myself.

I deserve this. We all do. This is basically Hitler vs. Bin Laden, though. There will be no winner.

I just seriously spent the last ten minutes thinking about how I could possibly root for Canelo against anybody. Shit is haunting me. I think I've got it. I call it the Jeter/AROD Dichotomy. Jeter and AROD are both huge assholes. I love them both, but they're gaping assholes. There's no getting around it. But only AROD ever paid for it. Jeter was the "good son" who no matter how big of an asshole he was, and specifically to his teammate AROD, never got called out for it. AROD feels like chilling shirtless on a rock in Central Park, it's a goddamned national conversation about vanity. I started completely in the Jeter camp. He was the "true" Yankee. AROD was that stat padding cocksucker riding that wave. But the more pettiness Jeter showed to AROD, while AROD took all the shit, the more of a sympathetic figure AROD became to me. As they got older, and started to decline, it started to look like AROD was even the better teammate. Every Hispanic player that he ever played with loved him. When the team asked AROD to go home because he sucked, he relunctantly agreed, but agreed nonetheless. Jeter stayed until the very end, in one of the most vain farewell tours I've ever seen, never even asking Girardi to drop him in the lineup (as the last Captain, Don "Motherfucking" Mattingly did in 1994). The "good son" reputation of Jeter, when he clearly was not, made me resent him, and actually like AROD more for just embracing his natural asshole nature. AROD, once the phoniest motherfucker not named Oscar de la Hoya ended up keeping it more real than Jeter.

Golovkin is the "good son," or good boy, as that Borat sounding retard might say. Canelo is the most maligned top fighter in boxing now that Mayweather is gone. These are both enormous assholes. Only one gets shit. It's the same thing. Even in this buildup, Golovkin has been way more disrespectful to Canelo, and nobody says anything. Canelo is AROD. Golovkin is Jeter. Nothing will ever change this. Golovkin's entire career, he's been enabled to travel through boxing in a goddamn plastic bubble, away from any danger in the ring, or criticism outside of it. It's made me resent him slightly more. I think that's why I find myself rooting for Canelo. Canelo has at least taken the lumps that come with being a fucking dickhead.

Seems like Alvarez is an overwhelming favorite amongst their peers.
