So, it's not just Fat Dan's list, they had some committee to come up with this. I'm not sure if that's better, or worse. Since they broke it up, without showing the final 25 all in one place, I'll do it:

25. Terry Norris
24. Gennady Golovkin
23. Winky Wright
22. Naseem Hamed
21. Miguel Cotto
20. Roman Gonzalez
19. Wladimir Klitschko
18. "Señor Cock and Balls" Erik "El Terrible" Morales
17. Andre Ward
16. James Toney
15. Shane Mosely
14. Joe Calzaghe
13. Marco Antonio Barrera
12. Lennox Lewis
11. Tito Trinidad
10. Finito Lopez
9. Juan Manuel Marquez
8. Pernell Whitaker
7. Evander Holyfield
6. Oscar de la Hoya
5. Julio Cesar Chavez
4. Roy Jones Jr.
3. Bernard Hopkins
2. Manny Pacquiao
1. Floyd Mayweather

First impressions:

Chavez, Marquez, Finito, Calzaghe way too high.

Oscar, Ward, a little bit high.

Golovkin and Gonzalez, way too early to tell. Get the fuck off the list.

Wlad, just get the fuck off the list (His top three wins are Peter, Byrd and Haye  ).

Terry Norris, I love you, but probably not.

Hamed, and Winky, I'm not sure you belong, you may get bumped off for others. It'll be close.

I'm not totally sure yet, but as far as little guys that could bump Gonzalez and Hamed, it would be Carbajal, Mark Johnson, Darchinyan and especially Nonito Donaire. I know we all enjoyed Donaire getting humbled, but I'm not sure anybody below featherweight has a better set of wins than he does. He's got better wins than Finito, even. Johnson probably doesn't make it, due to lack of big wins, but his top wins are better than Golovkin's, for example, which is why his inclusion is so absurd.

Jose Luis Castillo has to be on the list. From 2000-2007, he beat Stevie Johnston, Corrales, Casamayor, Julio Diaz, and fought Floyd Mayweather even, in a period where Mayweather wasn't losing rounds to anybody else. Castillo is so underrated.

Vargas is a dark horse. Wins over Winky, Quartey and Raul Marquez before he ran into Tito.

His prime was so short though.

Calderon ruled Strawweight for nearly as long.

Narvaez ruled Flyweight for just as long.

Wonjongkam ruled Flyweight for even longer.

Like Wlad, none of these three would make my list because competition matters.

I think Wonjongkam was the best of the four.

Rafa is a great call.

That's why it isn't a no doubter. Compare Vargas Top 3 (Winky, Quartey, Marquez) to Winky's (Mosley, Tito, and...Quartey?). Mosley was high quality, but Tito and Quartey were way past their prime, and even if Winky got the Jermain Taylor win, like I thought he should have, that wouldn't hold as much weight today. Despite the short prime, Vargas could make a good case of belonging more than Winky. I think Vargas probably just misses, though.

GGG is on there for beating bums, but Canelo with wins against Trout, Lara and Cotto, albeit some dubious scores but you could say he legitimately beat all 3, he gets nothing?!.

Shit crazy.

This was always bad, but it looks even worse today. Defying all odds, it can get even more horrible if Golovkin loses this week, which is very possible.

First impressions:

Chavez, Marquez, Finito, Calzaghe way too high. (correct)

Oscar, Ward, a little bit high. (Oscar yes, Ward no)

Golovkin and Gonzalez, way too early to tell. Get the fuck off the list. (absolutely)

Wlad, just get the fuck off the list (His top three wins are Peter, Byrd and Haye  ). (Yup)

If we let Fat Dan and them redo the list, Lomachenko will be at #16.

Instead of GGG or Chocolate, whom out of these guys do you think deserved to be in, if any.

Chico Corrales

Ike Quartey

Vernon Forrest

Fernando Vargas

Carl Froch

Paulie Ayala

Ivan Calderon

Antonio Tarver

Jose Luis Castillo

I hate to break this to you, but, Roman is better than all of those guys.

Nonito Donaire is certainly ahead of Chocolatito now. He should have been to begin with, but now it seems laughable. Nonito succeeded in more divisions against better fighters.

Vic Darchinyan have a case too. Darchinyan was great 112, 115, 118, and held his own at 122 and 126. Also would have wrecked Gonzalez at 115.

Raffy Marquez can make a lesser case, succeeding in less divisions, but against better competition.

Jose Luis Castillo belongs ahead of at least Terry Norris. His lightweight title run was incredible (Stevie Johnston, Corrales, Casamayor, Julio Diaz), and he arguably beat Mayweather in their first fight too. Castillo constantly gets slept on.

Castillo gets slept on for how his career nose dived after losing to the hitman. It's a shame that it was so. Fought nobodies for 7 years and lost to a lot of them.
