The fight is at a catchweight of 136. And has a rehydration clause. Ryan can't weight more then 146 before entering the ring.
Gotta give Garcia credit for excepting BS terms like that. Tank put up alot of road blocks for team Garcia to walk away. But both signed off and the fight is a go
