Yea, you watched that sparring session?! Haney landed the heavier more telling blows, but Stevenson probably landed more, especially with his jab. Then Stevenson complained of the headgear and Floyd and them was like “nah Lil nigga, you in the doghouse “ lmao

I don’t know about P4P great, but he def looks like a future champ or belt holder. I didn’t like how he didn’t go to the body at all and all that hands down potshotting shit. But he had some heavy hitters supporting him. Joe Cortez in his corner rocking. The sweater, E-40 was out there, of course DS...

20 dam defenses is proof of ability, especially by KO. You can be great and be in the same division. Hagler and Monzon great examples of that. And right now we talking bout, at 160. That’s the topic question. And at 160, both Hopkins and Roy had questionable opposition as well.

Why he gotta move up?! If he can make the weight, that’s fine. Hagler didn’t move up, and Hopkins only did cause Taylor ran him out

Yea I think Ali woulda beat Smith. But his chin ain’t shit. Cotto was already retired and got injured in that fight or whatever. Munguia with his style would have been drilled spectacularly against GGG. The Mexican WBC did what’s best protected him and how it all worked out for him

Tito had 1 fight at middle, as did Oscar. So yes they were not true middleweights. Still solid wins for Hop. And don’t forget, Hop fought his first fight at 175. GGG May have the edge is more impressive streak performance, due to most of his W’s coming by KO

The fight itself is definitely close. Hopkins was super tough at 160, and mentally broke down people with his tactics. But a good jab would always give him some problems IMO... you see Taylor ended his reign and de la Hoya has some success...GGG has a great jab. Very interesting fight
